Viplac 1000 is the standard item ; Viplac can be used on 1000x1200mm wooden or plastic pallets. VIPLAC 1000 accepts 2 half-rows of 20 bottles stored horizontally, which allows for 40 bottles per layer. Then the stocks can be managed layer by layer. Acceptable conicity 1mm.

The material becomes breakable with low temperatures under -2°C/28°F It will soften and become deformed above 80°C/176°F. It supports well weak or strong hygrometry. The best temperature to use our products in caves for ageing is between 5°C/41°F and 22°C/72°F, with a hygrometry changing from 60 to 90%. These are the best conditions to use VIPLAC. NOTE : we invite every new customer to send us the plans of the bottles which he intends to use. This will allow us to guarantee the use of the best adapted VIPLAC model. You should use only V.M.F. pallets in good condition for VIPLAC 1000x1200 or EUROPE pallets for VIPLAC 800x1200. WARNING : we reserve the right to modify our products in order to bring to the customers the quality and reliability of the system, while trying to maintain a good performance/price ratio.
