VIPLAC is cost effective.
The VIPLAC system avoids any contact
between the bottles of a same layer, but also contacts between layers. VIPLAC is an alveolate plastic interpolated sheet used as
protection. VIPLAC reduces the noise effect when bottles are stacked.
VIPLAC also reduces damages which could be caused to the bottles. If
however a breakage occurred in the pile the bottles at the inferior levels
would be protected from the run-outs of liquid which would be retained in
the cells of the plate.
In a
comparative study of the different systems allowing to lay the bottles top
to bottom for an ageing in cellar, VIPLAC makes the difference in terms of
safety, comfort, reliability, simplicity of implementation, saving of space
and stored volume.
Adopted
and approved by the professionals of wine, a VIPLAC plate could be used at
least 180 times, without any maintenance cost, except for washing.

VIPLAC optimizes your storage space
VIPLAC could be managed layer by layer. The volume of the stored bottles is
adapted to the heights under ceilings of the caves. VIPLAC can be piled up
and represents less than 3m3 for an 800 empty plate-pallet allowing to
store 32 000 bottles. That, compared to wooden or metal racks, allows
you to reduce by 24 times the volume of space, and keeps your bottles safe
from all bad climatic conditions.
Thanks to VIPLAC the empty, full or customized bottles are protected
from dust and moisture. The breakage rate is largely reduced.
> ECO-FRIENDLY
A material which can be recycled
The European Committee for Standardization
invites the Member States to respect the limitation of the mass of
packaging, and to ban the unhealthy materials. VIPLAC is in agreement with
the texts of the 27th of July 1998 law. VIPLAC’s weight is less than
a kilogram per 40 stored bottles. The material is thermoformed,
hydrophobic, neutral and inert. It is perfectly reusable, and can be
recycled.
